About Shipping
This item will be shipped worldwide via FedEx.
Your purchase is insured against loss, theft, or damage in transit, so your investment is safe and protected. Therefore we do not take requests under the value of the invoice.

Returns and Exchanges
Within seven (14) days from the date of delivery of the Product, the Customer may return the Product in the following cases. However, the following conditions apply

The Product is defective or damaged
Wrong Product has been delivered
If you receive a product that is essentially different from the product specified in the customer agreement
If you receive a product that is not advertised on the platform

If Seller provides replacement Product or reimburses Customer, the nonconforming Product or parts thereof shall become the property of Seller, and upon request, such Product or parts shall be returned to Seller.

The risk of damage to or loss of the Product shall pass to Customer at the time of delivery or, if Customer unreasonably fails to deliver the Product, at the time Seller offers to deliver the Product.

If the Customer refuses to take possession of the Products without sufficient or justifiable reason, the Seller shall keep the Products in safe custody for a period of ten (10) days reckoned from the date the Seller receives the Products from the Customer. If the period expires, the product or goods shall be deemed abandoned by the customer and Seller may dispose of the product or goods. No payment refunds will be accepted.

Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery if proper documentation of the transaction has not been provided by the Customer to Seller.

Seller may also not accept returns if the product has been customized and sized to the customer's agreed upon size. Products that are improperly sized or cut (e.g. rubber straps) according to customer specifications provided to Seller may not be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to exchange the product for another product, please return the unwanted product for a refund in store credit and then order a new product. However, the buyer shall be responsible for return shipping and other costs.

Exchanges will not be accepted for products sold on the Seller's online platform and purchased by the customer at a discounted price.

For certain products, i.e. watches, the product shall be returned with the original packing box, warranty card, instruction manual, and any extra links due to bracelet sizing. Failure to return these items will result in additional charges to process the return.
