I ordered watches and sent my money on 17tg of March. Few times had tried to reach dealer using Chrono24 chat before first message was received (21th of March). And dealer said that they didn’t have needed item. Now I’m waiting for my money return

We have stores in dubai , watches are sold in our stores the fault was not removing it from chrono24 .

The seller describes the clock: Unworn fabricate 2020 New (brand new without signs of wear). The watch was from 2018 and the dial was oxidized (fat or water was inside) written confirmation from Franck Muller Switzerland. The seller sent the watch with value 150 USD so the customs confiscate the watch. No bill no original paper. The original box and empty paper come in second broadcast after request. The seller just write: what do you want / yes or no. Comunication with the seller was not possible but he has writen to me he work since more than 10 years in this business.
