Seller did not have watarch posted on chrono24. I have asked question about time-peace I was interetested in, I received information everything is ok - next I made a purchase and day after I was informed seller does not have the watch. I believed chrono24 is a trusted site… Big disappointment.

I received no communication from the dealer at all. My order was just cancelled due to a "technical difficulty" with no more explanation than that. Very disappointed

Montre arrivée avec le bracelet cassé et surtout pas en cuir contrairement à précisé sur l’annonce (le bracelet est en similicuir de mauvaise qualité). Cependant j’ai tout de meme reçu un remboursent à hauteur de 50 $ ce qui n’est pas suffisant mais témoigne de l’effort fait par le vendeur. Dommage d’en arriver là !

El anuncio describía el artículo como buen estado y cuando lo recibí estaba muy oxidado y dejó de funcionar. Tuve que pagar tasas de importación muy altas y no merecía la pena devolver el artículo. Me hice cargo de la reparación. Chrono24 me compensó haciendo un depósito de una cantidad ( mucho menor que la reparación) para futuras compras, cosa que agradezco

Encontré una publicidad engañosa, pues el reloj no era de hombre sino de mujer. Soy una persona de la tercera edad, que no maneja bien la computación y menos los tramites para devolver el reloj recibido.

I bought a watch from this seller for a good price, the next day he texted me that it was bought by someone else and he had to cancel my order. The money was deducted about a week ago and still has not been returned. I highly recommend to avoid that seller. Also the customer support of Chrono24 is rude and not professional.

Habe Die Ware gekauft und sofort bezahlt , nach 3 Tagen schrieb der Händler mir , er würde die Uhr nicht finden , danach hat es nochmal 3 Tage gedauert bis ich das Geld wd zurrück überwiesen bekomme habe , da dies eigentlich ein Weihnachtsgeschenk war ist dies nun sehr sehr ärgerlich und der Verkäufer hat sich nicht kooperativ gezeigt eine Alternative zu finden , nicht zu empfehlen!!

Agreed to pay the list price and it appeared that the item was shipped later the same day as a tracking number was provided. Then the seller sends me a message saying they found an issue with the bezel and wanted to address the issue, and had in fact NOT shipped the watch. The tracking number was for a different parcel going to the USA, not even to Canada where I live. I lost complete confidence in the seller at that point and had Chrono24 cancel the order. Also, very slow communications. I further doubt that they have had over 9000 transactions in under 3 years on this website.

Two days after purchase seler wrote that watch is no longer available, only lose my time and 100 euros for bank transfer and exchange. profesionall seler? Joke!

They mislabeled an Omega Seamaster. The listing said they had possession. I got a note 2 days after purchase saying it was broken and would need repair, no offer to refund. If it was in hand, why wouldnt they know it was damaged? Shady. I had to ask. It's been a week and I haven't gotten the refund. Buyer beware.

This company sold me a fake watch! The "serial number" is nor recognized by TAG Heuer, and they have advised it is not authentic. Watch out!

Orologio aveva la lunetta rotta che girava, perdeva il tempo e un cinturino fasullo. Lo stato era descritto come sufficiente ma il prodotto era difettoso e non risponde alle domande ed assistenza post-vendita inesistente
