Without asking or informing me, dealer put an artificially low price on the item and nothing for shipping, which I only discovered after FedEx processed the item through customs. As a result, Malaysian customs assessed the watch at full list price and I had to go through the hassle and extra time (3 days) needed to resubmit the watch with the original transaction documents.
