I made a purchase and the shipping was very FAST. A little problem came when I received the watch because it was speeding too much and the dial was scratched...BUT the after sales service was perfect ( thanks sam) and they took care of everything. I didnt want to keep the watch so I returned it but im pretty sure it would have came back clean and with the right time. Even if the purchase failed I recommend their services.

Dans son ensemble, la montre est jolie. Quand on y regarde de plus près, la lunette est légèrement endommagée à divers endroits. Après environ deux semaines, la montre ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai contacté le vendeur qui m'a proposé de la lui renvoyer pour la réparer. Après réflexion, j'ai préféré la déposer chez Rolex pour une révision et changer la lunette.

Montre en très bel état esthétique, boîte et papiers ok comme indiqué sur la description. Attention les montres ne sont pas systématiquement révisées (le vendeur me l’avait indiqué) mais du coup la montre prend entre 15 et 20 secondes par jour …considéré comme normal par le vendeur. Dommage !

Schneller Versand, netter Kontakt. Laut Rolexhändler wurde nach einer kurzen Inspektion ein Service dringend angeraten, was so nicht aus der Beschreibung und der Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer hervorging. Zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung ist die Uhr vom Service allerdings noch nicht zurück, und ich habe die getauschten Teile noch nicht gesehen. Ich kenne den Umfang der tatsächlich notwendigen Arbeiten daher auch noch nicht im Detail. Aber eine sehr schöne Uhr, über die ich mich sehr freue.

Ich kann den Händler unbedingt empfehlen. Die ganze Abwicklung verlief optimal. Ganz schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen - bis, ja hier kommt der Kritikpunkt. Obwohl ich den Händler vorgewarnt hatte, (da war die Sendung aber schon unterwegs) erfolgte der Versand über den bei uns aktuell schlechtesten Paketservice. Der legte das Paket dann auch prompt in einem großen Haus mit Eigentumswohnungen vor der Wohnungsabschlußtür, für jedermann zugänglich im Treppenhaus ab! Ich habe Trophies Watches darüber informiert und sie wollen der Sache nachgehen. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.
