• Authenticity Guaranteed: AGS exclusively sells genuine luxury and premium watches. Each timepiece undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure authenticity. An official invoice will be provided with every purchase.
• Condition and Refurbishment: If required, our watches are professionally reconditioned and polished to meet high-quality standards.
• Functionality: All watches sold by AGS are fully functional and operate within proper working parameters.
• In-Person Viewing and Pickup: All watches listed on our platform are available for viewing and pickup at our physical stores in Bucharest, Romania. Store addresses and operating hours are available on our website.
• Product Images: The images displayed are high-resolution, original photos of each individual watch. They include all components of the package (box, documents, accessories, if applicable). Please note that due to variations in device displays, actual colors may differ slightly. Certain fine details may also be difficult to capture in photos. We encourage customers to request any additional information before placing an order.
• Availability Notice: As our products are sold both online and in-store, availability may change in real time. Despite our best efforts to keep listings current, an item may become unavailable at the moment of purchase.
• International Orders (Non-EU Customers): Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Commercial warranty:
AGS provides a 12-month warranty for watches that no longer have a valid manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers mechanical issues not caused by external factors such as impacts, water damage, improper handling, or misuse.
Please note:
• The warranty does not cover routine servicing or maintenance, which remains the responsibility of the customer.
• The warranty is valid only when accompanied by the purchase invoice (and/or tax receipt) and the AGS Jewelry Warranty Certificate, duly signed.
• The warranty becomes void if the watch has undergone unauthorized repairs or alterations, or if identifying elements such as the serial number have been tampered with or made unreadable.

In accordance with GEO No. 34/2014, products purchased online may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Conditions for Return:
The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, including all items delivered by AGS: warranty card, box, invoice, seal, and any accessories (if applicable).
Returns are accepted only if the item has mechanical defects or differs significantly from the product description in the listing.
Items showing signs of use, such as scratches, chips, dents, shocks (mechanical or electrical), or that have been tampered with, altered, or mishandled, are not eligible for return.
Products returned without original documentation, accessories, or with a broken or removed AGS Jewelry seal, will not be accepted. In certain cases, a restocking fee may be applied (the amount will vary based on the product's value).

Return Process:
The return must be sent via a reliable express courier offering tracking and 2–3 working day delivery. Returns via postal services are not accepted. Return shipping and any associated costs (including potential customs or insurance) are borne by the customer.

Reporting Damages:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify AGS by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Failure to report within this timeframe means the item will be considered accepted in good condition, and no refund or exchange will be possible.
AGS cannot be held liable if the customer fails to inspect the item promptly upon delivery.
