Seller took days to respond. Once they did they said the watch is no longer in stock and unavailable for purchase. They’ll cancel my order. A week goes by the seller message me saying that they’ve made a mistake and asked for payment on the watch. The watch is now available… then canceled my order with the reason: payment was not received… horrible

I had a terrible experience with this dealer. They are impossible to communicate with and borderline dishonest. I bought a watch in good faith that was supposed to be in working order. It arrived and as soon as I put it on I noticed that the dial started to fog up indicating broken seals. I reported this to them telling them I would like to have the watch repaired as I like it and found it hard to find. They offered me $150 out of an estimate I received of $950 with a three month wait. So would I recommend Closer as a reputable dear? No I would not! Buyer Beware!

I brought it one day and found there’s fog inside the watch after hand washing. But I got this reply from seller, pls read carefully if you want to buy from this company— Hi. First of all, fog is not good for watches. Dry with a hair dryer. We understand your feelings. However, the watches we handle are second hand. We have not done a waterproof test. Therefore, waterproofness cannot be guaranteed. I'm sorry I couldn't help you. Please understand.
