Einen unschönen Punkt muss ich leider anführen: Das zur Uhr gehörende Manual war das von einer PanoMatic, und damit leider das Falsche! Auf Nachfrage per E-Mail konnte mir der Händler leider keinen Austausch in Aussicht stellen - er habe die Uhr samt Unterlagen so von einem Sammler übernommen. Hier sollte man als Händler im Vorfeld eines Verkaufs doch deutlich mehr Sorgfalt walten lassen, was hier ganz augenscheinlich nicht der Fall war. Deshalb kann ich diesen Händler nur sehr eingeschränkt empfehlen!

Watch advertised in condition "as new", I do agree the watch is in very good condition but it is not in "as new" condition, while I expected the scratch on the bezel, I didn't expect scratches on the bracelet, on the back of the case and one dent on one of the end links. The case was clearly polished, doesn't bother me but they polished the escape valve as well, I provided all pictures to the seller. The winding is rough, a clear sign that it was not serviced. The seller disagreed telling me that they actually performed a service on the watch. Managed to put the watch on a timegrapher and it runs +13 Seconds a day in dial up position. I compared it to my Milgauss from 2010 and that one runs at 0 to +1 Second a day. Contacted the seller about this, his answer was +13 seconds a day is in tolerances. I disagreed and told him +/-2 seconds a day is withing tolerances, never heard from him again. Basically in order to get this watch to the "as new" condition I have to send it now to the AD and get an overhaul, thus spend more money. The only plus is that the watch was pressure tested and was delivered fast, but that's it. 2 Stars for the condition of the watch, otherwise it would've been 1 star for the misleading "as new' condition and the necessity of a service and overhaul.

Orologio bello, arrivato nei tempi previsti, peccato che andava avanti di molto, ho cercato di contattare il venditore più volte senza riuscirci, alla fine l'ho rintracciato al cellulare, gli ho spiegato il problema, e visto che la cosa era di lieve entità, (il mio orologiaio lo ha sistemato con appena 80 euro di spesa) gli ho chiesto se rispondevano loro della riparazione, il venditore devo dire che è stato molto cordiale e si è reso disponibile a metterlo apposto però dovevo rispedirlo a loro. Quindi ho preferito farlo mettere a posto io dal mio orologiaio vista la spesa molto bassa. Avrei preferito che il venditore avesse messo questo piccolo problema nella descrizione. Comunque devo dire che sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

Montre arrivée avec un bracelet trop petit. Incompréhension totale de la part du vendeur. Vendeur qui s’est même permis de mettre mon honnêteté en doute lorsque j’essayais de lui expliquer le problème. Il prétendait que je voulais avoir gratuitement des maillons !!! Le vendeur n’a pas été capable de me donner une solution pour rallonger la taille de ce bracelet. Après la visite d’un horloger-bijoutier, celui-ci a libéré les deux maillons sous la fermeture. Ce qui a réglé le problème de longueur. Cependant, il n’est pas normal que le vendeur ne m’ait pas envoyé les deux maillons manquants, prétendant que le bracelet faisait bien la longueur demandée, et que je ne savais pas mesurer le bracelet. J’ai envoyé deux photos de mesures, intérieur et extérieur, avec le mètre prouvant ces mesures. Rien. Ce qui fait que je n’ai plus les deux maillons de protection sous la fermeture. C’est pour cela que je suis insatisfaite de ce vendeur.

Même si la montre est en bonne état, elle est arrivée avec le verre légèrement ébréché (juste au-dessus du 12h). De plus, j’ai pu constaté un bruit dans le boitier qui venait probablement d’un élément du mécanisme. La montre est en révision complète chez Goeres, Luxembourg, qui m’a confirmé mon évaluation de la montre. Un surcoût que j’aurais souhaité éviter!!!

If I should find reasons for recommending this seller - it would be: 1) Quick & effective shipping. 2) A very open hearted attitude regarding returning the watch if you are not satisfied with it. The negative experience I had: 1) Answers are short, communication is limited. 2) Not very polite response despite asking things kindly. For me - to recommend a seller, I need to feel a passion, helpfulness and a positive attitude towards me as buyer. And this was not the case in this deal. Because of this it’s a somehow a bit difficult for me recommending him, but I still choose to do. I guess I got out on the wrong foot with the seller. Just be sure to turn every stone before buying, ask your questions etc. Long story short: I decided to keep my Rolex Datejust. Payed for an service by a Rolex AD and got the watch I wanted - but somehow hoped for in the beginning. Thank you.

Boite d'origine légèrement abimée superficiellement . Dans la mesure où ce n'était pas destiné à offrir, mais pour mon usage personnel, ces traces ne posaient pas problème. Si la destination avait été de servir de cadeau, cela aurait été plus gênant.
