Thanks for your recent purchase. We are quite surprised and more than a little disappointed you have left such a negative review. You had ordered the watch without advising of the wrist size required. The watch was sent out to fit a standard wrist size of just over 16cm. When you called the next day after receiving it and told us it was too small, we immediately sent out 3 X 18ct yellow gold original Rolex links at no additional cost. It seems you still required more - and we had advised that further links would be available at a cost of approximately £100 per link as they would need to be sourced. The watch was supplied with original box, paperwork and tag, and was in immaculate condition - and as such, a review of this nature feels unnecessary. We remain available should you require any assistance.

Thanks for your purchase. The watch was unworn with stickers, but was shop-soiled with light, superficial marks throughout. The lug marks from the strap change were due to the fact that an additional unworn Tudor camouflage NATO strap was fitted in-store by Tudor directly. An immediate full refund was offered, but was rejected. In any case, we are sorry for the less-than-ideal experience you have had. Regards, Tempvs
