Description |
We are proud to present this stylish Tag Heuer Monaco watch for sale.
Introduced in 1969, the Monaco achieved instant fame as the first-ever automatic chronograph with a square case. However, its place in horological history was solidified when it graced the wrist of Steve McQueen in the classic film "Le Mans." The unconventional and avant-garde design, coupled with cutting-edge technology, set the Monaco apart as a symbol of innovation. Over the years, this timepiece has evolved with various iterations, each paying homage to its racing heritage and pushing the boundaries of watchmaking. The Tag Heuer Monaco remains a timeless embodiment of both motorsport prestige and avant-garde watch design. This iteration of the Monaco, reference 2113-0 comes set in a 39mm stainless steel case in the iconic square-shape and fitted with a raised acrylic plexi glass. The blue sunburst dial features a striking red split-second hand, twin contrasting silver rounded-square sub-dials for the running second hand and timing up to 30 minutes. It also has applied hour indexes and matching hands with luminous filling, as well as the classic date feature at 6 o`clock. Powering these details is the automatic calibre 17 chronograph movement, with the watch completed by a blue Tag Heuer alligator leather strap with a polished stainless steel deployment buckle. Originally purchased in August 2007 and in fine condition due to minor wear present on the case. Coming supplied with its original inner and outer boxes (inner cushion showing signs of age), instruction booklet, swing tag, leather document holder and international warranty card. Please contact us for shipping costs to the E.U. All images are of the actual watch for sale. We do not use library pictures. |

Do you have any questions?
Certified watches can be identified by the green "C" icon in the search results and in the listing. You can also filter search results to only view Certified watches. On the listing page, you can see whether Certified is already included or whether it's an optional add-on to your purchase. See also: What's the difference between Certified Included and Certified Optional?
2. Certification by verified watchmakers
Before you receive your watch, it will be checked and certified by a verified watchmaker. Among other things, the watchmaker checks whether your watch matches the listing information and whether it complies with our definition of authenticity.
3. Receive your watch and digital certificate of authenticity
After successful certification, you can rest assured your new watch is genuine. This is confirmed by a certificate of authenticity, which you can access digitally after receiving your watch.
If you purchase from a private seller, we will hold the purchase amount in our escrow account for 7 days after you receive your watch. Please note, however, that private sellers are not legally mandated to accept returns.
Certified is our new certification service whereby verified watchmakers check and certify the authenticity of watches to provide customers on our marketplace with a worry-free buying experience. After successful certification, you'll receive a digital certificate of authenticity that confirms the watch meets our definition of authenticity and matches the information in the listing. Certified watches come with a three-year authenticity guarantee. See also: How is the watch checked?
If you've selected a watch with Certified as an optional add-on, you can book certification for an additional charge of €199. In this case, the watch will be checked by one of our in-house watchmakers before being shipped to you. See also: What's included in Certified Optional?
If you book certification for a watch that is not already certified, you pay the purchase price of the watch plus an additional €199 for certification. We will only issue an invoice for the certification if you expressly request one.
The check includes the following:
Authenticity check: We check both the exterior and interior of the watch against our definition of authenticity. See also: How do we define authenticity?
Condition check: We check whether the condition of the watch matches the information in the listing, including the complications, winding mechanism, chronograph function, and more. See also: How do we define authenticity?
Scope of delivery check: All additional items, e.g., original box and papers, are checked for completeness and accordance with the model reference.
Stolen watch check: We check whether the watch's serial number is listed in the leading stolen watches databases. This ensures that there are no thefts reported for the serial number.
Private sellers are not legally mandated to accept returns.
